体力是异环开服阶段最稀缺的资源之一。2026 年 5 月环境下,最稳的刷本逻辑是先保证角色等级和核心技能,再考虑装备词条。过早刷毕业副词条,会让角色突破、技能和武器等级被拖住。

先硬成长,再随机词条
主C突破材料优先
等级上限卡住时立即补
主C等级影响基础面板和关卡压制。只要主C突破不足,其他刷本收益都会被等级瓶颈稀释。
核心技能书第二优先
只升级直接影响循环和伤害的技能
技能书消耗大,不要平均点。主C核心技能、副C关键大招、聚怪技能和生存技能优先。
武器或弧盘等级补齐
主力装备等级不要落后角色太多
武器/弧盘提供稳定面板,收益比前期赌随机词条更可靠。主力角色的装备等级应跟随角色等级推进。
方斯缺口及时补
不要等所有材料齐了才发现没钱升级
方斯是所有培养的底层消耗。看到升级链条即将断档时,提前安排一部分体力补货币本。
词条本放到最后
主属性正确即可过渡
随机词条的收益波动很大。前期只要主属性正确、套装能用,就不应投入过多体力追毕业。
资源陷阱
随机词条沉迷
很多玩家前期刷词条刷到体力见底,却发现角色等级、技能和武器跟不上。随机收益应排在稳定成长之后。
- 主C未突破时,不刷深度词条。
- 技能关键等级未到时,不为副词条消耗大量体力。
- 每天先列缺口,再决定刷本,而不是随手进推荐副本。
完成奖励
开服资源规划的核心是稳定成长优先。先让角色能打、技能能转、装备能用,再把剩余体力投入词条优化。
完整解析
体力规划决定账号成长速度。前期最错误的做法是看到某个毕业套装就开始无脑刷,结果刷出几件看似不错的装备,却没有足够材料突破角色和技能。
主C等级是最优先的硬门槛。等级、突破、武器和核心技能提升带来的收益稳定可见,而随机副词条可能消耗大量体力仍然没有结果。开服阶段不要把资源赌在随机性上。
方斯也要纳入体力计划。很多玩家只刷材料,等升级时才发现货币不足,被迫临时刷钱。更好的方式是每天预估 1-2 天内的升级消耗,提前补齐基础货币。
词条本不是不能刷,而是要等主队基础成型后再刷。前期主属性正确、套装效果能触发就足够推进大多数内容,毕业副词条属于中后期长期目标。

Daily Stamina Allocation
Stable growth before random stats
Main DPS ascension first
Farm immediately when level cap blocks progress.
Main DPS level affects base stats and stage pressure. Other farming loses value if level caps are holding the team back.
Core skill books second
Upgrade only skills that affect rotation and damage.
Skill books are expensive. Prioritize main DPS core skills, sub-DPS finishers, grouping and survival tools.
Keep weapon or Arc Plate levels current
Main gear should not lag far behind character level.
Stable gear levels usually beat early random sub-stat farming.
Patch Fons shortages early
Do not wait until all materials are ready to discover you cannot pay upgrades.
Fons are the base cost for almost all growth. Farm currency before the chain breaks.
Farm sub-stats last
Correct main stats are enough for progression.
Random stat farming has high variance. Save heavy investment for after the first team is stable.

Many players spend all stamina on stats, then find character level, skills and weapons are behind. Random returns should come after stable growth.
- Do not farm deep sub-stats before the main DPS is ascended.
- Do not spend large stamina on sub-stats while key skill levels are missing.
- List resource gaps before entering a recommended stage.
Rewards
Launch planning is about stable growth first. Make characters able to fight, skills able to rotate and gear usable, then invest remaining stamina into stat optimization.
Full Analysis
Stamina planning determines account growth speed. The common early mistake is farming a perfect-looking set while ascension and skills remain blocked.
Main DPS level is the first hard gate. Levels, ascension, weapons and core skills provide visible stable gains; random sub-stats may consume stamina with no result.
Fons should be included in the plan. Many players farm materials first and only later realize the upgrade cost is missing.
Stat stages are not bad, but they belong after first-team basics. Correct main stats and a functioning set can clear most early content.
